- Payment details, which are processed securely by Square — we don’t store card numbers
- Your order history
- Your confirmation that you are 21 or older

When you visit the site we may collect device and browser information, your IP address, and how you use the site, and we store small amounts of data in your browser (for example, your cart and wishlist).

- To process and deliver your orders, including local pickup
- To contact you about your orders and your account
- To confirm you’re of legal drinking age
- To improve the site and our service
- To send marketing emails, if you’ve signed up for them

Sharing your information
We don’t sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers that help us run the shop: Square (payments), ShipStation and our carriers (shipping), and SendGrid (email)
- Legal authorities, when the law requires it or to protect our rights
- A buyer or successor, if the business is merged, acquired or sold

Data travels between your browser and our site encrypted (TLS), payments go through PCI-compliant providers, and access to personal information is limited to the people who need it.

You can ask us to:

- Correct anything that’s inaccurate
- Delete your information
- Stop sending you marketing emails (every email has an unsubscribe link)
You can also block or clear cookies and site data in your browser settings.
Age restriction
You must be 21 or older to use this site and buy from us. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 21.
