Agreement to these terms

By using pourpath.com, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site or our services.

Age requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to use this site and buy from us. By using the site, you confirm that you are of legal drinking age where you live. We may ask for proof of age and refuse service to anyone who can’t provide it.

Products & prices

Everything we sell is subject to availability. Many of our bottles are limited releases and single barrels that can sell out, and we may limit quantities or stop selling a product at any time.

Prices can change without notice. The price shown when you place your order is the price you pay.

Order acceptance

We may refuse or cancel any order — for example, if a product is unavailable, if a price or description was wrong, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel a paid order, we refund it in full.

Shipping, pickup & delivery

We ship within the United States only, where the law and our carriers allow alcohol delivery. Enter your address at checkout to see shipping options and rates.

An adult signature (21+) is required on every delivery. The carrier will ask for a valid government-issued photo ID and won’t leave the package unattended. For local pickup, the person collecting the order must be 21 or older and show a valid photo ID.

Delivery estimates aren’t guaranteed. We aren’t responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather or other events outside our control. See our shipping & pickup page for details.

Payment

Payment is taken when you place your order, through our payment processor, Square. All prices are in U.S. dollars (USD). You agree to give us current, complete and accurate billing and payment information.

Cancellations & refunds

You can cancel an order before it ships. Once it has shipped, it can’t be cancelled, but you can refuse the delivery. Our returns & refunds policy explains how refunds work.

Prohibited activities

You may not:

• Buy from us if you are under 21
• Resell products you bought from PourPath
• Use the site for anything unlawful
• Try to get around security or access restrictions
• Interfere with how the site works

Intellectual property

The content of this site — text, graphics, logos, images and software — belongs to PourPath or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright law.

Limitation of liability

PourPath isn’t liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site or the products you buy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect when they’re posted, and using the site afterwards means you accept them.
