Shipping & pickup

Orders ship within 1–2 business days. Every delivery needs an adult signature — or pick up free at Roco Wine & Spirits.

Processing time

Orders ship within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays start processing on the next business day. If we can’t ship something on time, we’ll email you.

Carriers & delivery

Shipped by GLS or FedEx, depending on your address. GLS covers much of the West Coast and some Southwest metro areas; FedEx covers the rest of the country. The carrier is chosen automatically for your address.

Delivery time depends on your address and the carrier. You’ll see your shipping options before you pay.

Adult signature (21+)

An adult signature (21+) is required on every delivery. The carrier will ask for a valid, government-issued photo ID and won’t leave the package unattended. If you’re sending a gift, make sure someone 21 or older will be there to sign.

Shipping costs

Shipping and tax are calculated at checkout. The rate depends on the weight of your order, your address and the carrier’s current price, and you’ll see the exact amount before you place the order.

Where we ship

We ship within the United States only. Enter your address at checkout to see shipping options and rates. We can’t ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses — a street address is required.

Tracking

When your order ships, we email you a tracking link. If you have an account, you can also follow it under Orders.

Missed deliveries

If no one 21 or older is there to sign, the carrier leaves a notice with your options — follow its instructions to arrange another attempt or a pickup. Packages the carrier can’t deliver come back to us; email us and we’ll sort it out. Damaged or incorrect orders are covered in our returns & refunds policy.

Free local pickup

At Roco Wine & Spirits in West Sacramento or Folsom, for eligible Sacramento-area addresses. Pickup options appear at checkout. We’ll email you when your order is ready for pickup. Bring a valid photo ID — you must be 21 or older to collect an order.
